Our Production Process
01 / Contact
Fill in the wedding contact form in detail and we'll get back to you as soon as possible via email to discuss prices and availability. Please note that availability is very limited and booking in advance is recommended. To book your wedding signs, you need to secure a spot in our production calendar. You can book your wedding date for a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 to secure your spot, which will be deducted from the total price of your order.
02 / Design
So you've decided on your signages and secured a spot in our calendar - we can't wait to work with you! We will get in touch and discuss design details including size, material, wording, shape and more. Once we have come to an agreement with the details, we will begin the designing process and you'll receive your first proof approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior your wedding day. This will be a digital mock up of your signages, which will be sent to you via email for your approval. Please note that prices include two revisions and any extra revisions is subject to additional costs.
03 / Production
We've made the necessary amendments (if necessary) and received your approval, we will order all the supplies required for your project. At this stage, all costs for your signage will need to be paid in full. Production will begin 6 weeks prior your wedding date.
04 / Arrival
Signages are all complete and are ready for shipping! Please note that collection is also available, which will be discussed during initial stages of the process. You will receive your signage 4 weeks prior your wedding date!
Production Timeline
12 Weeks

8 Weeks
First digital mock up of your signs will be sent for approval. Revisions to be made (if necessary)
4 Weeks
Signs complete, packaged and dispatched.
10 Weeks
Design details will be discussed and confirmed.
6 Weeks
Signs approved and the production process will begin for your entire order.
The Digital Proof
After discussing your vision, we create a digital preview of your sign, incorporating your chosen design, colour scheme, and calligraphy style. You'll receive the proof for review and have the opportunity to provide feedback or request adjustments. Once you're delighted with the design, we move forward to bring your personalised wedding sign to life, ensuring it's a perfect reflection of your unique story.
