The Semi-Custom Process

Take a look at our collection of semi-custom suites to find the design that best captures your style and tone of your celebration. Once you've chosen your suite, complete our request form to receive a tailored proposal. This step ensures we capture your vision and understand any customisation options you'd like to consider.
After receiving your request, we'll send you a detailed proposal outlining your invitation suite within a few days. This proposal will include all design elements, options for materials and finishes, and a breakdown of costs. Once the proposal has been approved and the deposit submitted, you'll officially be booked in our calendar.
We will begin the designing process, bringing your chosen design to life with your selected colours, materials and finishes. You can expect a digital proof within two weeks via email to review the design and request revisions if needed, allowing you to refine each detail to perfection. Your order includes two complimentary revisions.
Once the final design has been approved, we begin the production process. Each piece is carefully printed, assembled and prepared with the utmost care, ensuring your invitations are of the highest quality. We package and ship your invitations directly to you. The process can take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on your chosen finishes and items included within the suite.
